In order to simulate something you have to be able to analyze the heck out of it.  Business Analysis can be carried out in different ways using different tools and can mean various things to various people. This can lead to some confusion. Bob's experiences led him to develop a framework for applying the BABOK's general concepts in a specific way. He shows how his framework maps to the BABOK knowledge areas and introduces some new terms.
