Change is the only thing you can depend on. Organizations are facing enormous change related to technology, the economy, and the ever increasing expectations of clients and stakeholders. Resistance is inevitable. Resistance can manifest in a variety of ways some of them overt and others covert. How you recognize and proactively address resistance and change can have a significant impact on the success of your initiatives.

"There's an Elephant in the room, Am I am the only one who sees it?" This session will focus on the impact of Empathy and how change management can play a key role in naming the Elephants in the room. Sarah will equip you with questions and tools to more effectively navigate change.
